How we got here
RMT was founded by Warren and Starlena Thomas as a family business, and it still runs like one: the people who own the company are the people you meet. What started with smaller commercial work has grown into general contracting, construction management and CM-at-Risk, Design-Build, and Job Order Contracting for museums, campuses, school divisions, agencies, landlords, and housing partners.
We have grown the way we advise our clients to build: one decision at a time, with the capacity in place before the commitment. That is why a museum has trusted us with 45+ projects, and why we delivered a $40M campus garage as a joint venture with a partner we trust.
