When the documents are complete and the scope is set, you need execution: coverage from qualified trades, a schedule that holds, and one person on site accountable for the work. We staff the job with our own supervision and administer it on Procore so you can see the same information we do.
Who this is for
Owners with completed documents, competitive bids, or negotiated lump-sum work.
What the work includes
Bidding and buyout
Broad trade coverage, scope-gap review, and a buyout log you can read.
Field supervision
RMT superintendents on site daily. We coordinate the trades; we do not license or self-perform electrical, mechanical, or plumbing work.
Cost and change control
Change orders priced against the original basis, with backup, and closed out as they happen.
Quality and closeout
Pre-installation meetings, mock-ups where warranted, punch and commissioning tracked to completion.
Safety
Site-specific safety plan, daily hazard review, and subcontractor safety prequalification.
